In our last blog post, we discussed Table Top Displays. We briefly touched on Printed Table Covers as they fit within this category, but they really do deserve a post of their own. Printed Table Covers seem straightforward but they are actually more complex than you would suspect. This is not a bad thing though, folks! It’s actually a good thing because this means you will have more options when choosing a Table Cover for your next show or event.
Why a Hanging Sign?
If your Booth Space is like your Business Headquarters for 3 or 4 days while the show is taking place, then a large Hanging Sign suspended over your Booth is like your storefront sign. There are generally 2 Main Reasons to use a Hanging Sign.
The average hanging sign for your typical trade show does not actually require the use of a truss system to suspend the sign above your booth. Smaller signs sized up to 20 or 30 feet only need the usage of standard cable rigging. By using the cable rigging, the sign is connected from the hanging sign itself to specific points on the convention center ceiling. The top of the hanging sign that connects in this way can also be called a bridle. However, when it comes to making as big of an impact as you can, you want your sign to, quite literally, tower above the competition.
Trade Show Back Walls and other Displays in general have evolved over time. Exhibitors have so many more options now than in the past. No longer are we limited to the Traditional Panel Pop Up Displays (which are still great by the way) or Grid Wall Systems. The options are seemingly endless. Now the biggest challenge is disseminating all the options to find what works best for you now and in the future (let’s say 2–3 years out).

In this article I’m going to discuss the difference between LED lights versus halogen lights when used with tradeshow displays. While they both serve the purpose of making our tradeshow displays more visible and visually appealing, there have been some changes over the last few years that have really led to a shift (no pun intended!) from halogen lights to LED lights. Let’s take a look at why and what some of the differences are.
One of the most common features that Exhibitors are looking for in their tradeshow display is the ability to add a TV monitor. While there are many ways to accomplish this I will review some of the most common ways where exhibitors have found success.
Exhibitors will often prepare their booth space with the expectation of being in a standard 10×10’ area. Since it is one of the more common square footage spaces, it only makes sense to prepare for that particular kind of space.
