Production Prints a growing local company looking for a hungry sales person to join our team.
This is mostly an inside sales position building national accounts with some outside sales in the Central Oregon area.
About the Position:
Inside B2B Sales to Exhibiting Companies for Trade Shows. Early on, you will be spending most of your time prospecting to build a productive sales pipeline. We have a professional and productive work environment and are extremely goal oriented. We are not a turn-and-burn operation. We want someone who will stay with us long term and enjoy the fruits of their efforts.
Tasks:
-Prospecting (market to lists of exhibiting companies using email, social media, phone, etc)
-Build list of leads to qualify and close to assist exhibitors with their trade show displays
-Close and manage the project for each customer to get artwork and information to manage the job from start to finish
-Maintain book of business and service repeat customers as they come back to re-order or need graphic replacements
Required:
2+ years experience in Sales (B2B a plus)
Good typing and computer skills
Reliable
Can work in an office environment
Good Problem Solver/ Trouble-Shooter
Not afraid to cold call
Can do Outside Sales
Not Required, but Helpful:
Basic understanding of Photoshop or Illustrator
Bachelors Degree
Compensation:
Base Salary $24K / yr + Commission + Health Insurance + Paid Vacation
(would expect a top performer to be making $65K-$70K+ per year after 1-2 years (not counting medical benefits)
We like to get our work done, but also like to have fun (ping pong, etc).
You will have your own office space.
If you have a well-behaved dog, you are welcome to bring it to work.
